The habitability certificate requires certifying that the home complies with the Mallorca habitability decree. The habitability certificate requires certifying that the home complies with the Mallorca habitability decree. To obtain or renew it, a certificate must be made by a technician, Architect or Architectural Technologist which is presented to the Consell de Mallorca to issue the Certificate.

Tipos de cédula de habitabilidad:

-Cédula por carencia

-Cédula por renovación.

-Cédula de primera ocupación.

En el primer caso se debe acreditar la antigüedad de la vivienda o presentar el final de obras. En el caso de la cédula por renovación es suficiente aportar una factura de luz o la cédula caducada anterior.
