/// Patio house in Gènova, Palma

We start from a plot of about 600 m² on a slope, facing the sea, with stone terraces where some almond and carob trees survived. The proposal distributes the program of the house in small volumes, terraces, stairs, following the small grain character of the traditional nucleus of Gènova. The pieces are placed on the perimeter, creating a patio that opens to the views while enjoying privacy from the street and the surrounding houses.
