A plot of rustic land that was previously used for agriculture. The house is located in the upper area, protected to the north by the dense row formed by carob trees and olive trees. The rooms are divided into three bodies that form a patio that will be sunny and sheltered from the wind in winter. The two main volumes are covered with an inclinated roog, and the smaller one, which acts as a hinge, has a flat cover. The result is a very simple building, like the ones we usually find in the rural environment of Mallorca, built with load-bearing walls, wooden beams, and very wide and open interior spaces.
